The mirror doesn't always indicate how much good and bad weight we carry. Remember, it's not how much you weigh; it's your percentage of body fat in proportion to lean muscle mass that counts. The ideal range of body fat for males is 10 to 20 percent of total body weight; the ideal range for females is 15 to 25 percent.
